1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Descriptions

We distribute DeHanso, Arbutex, Proserec, UtiTic, PregyMom, MINDALL, and Colon Soother products in Jordan. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Health and Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

Our skincare and supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding product benefits have not been evaluated by JFDA or any medical authority except where explicit JFDA approval is stated for that product. Always read the product label, patch-test new skincare products, and consult a physician or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled, except where cash on delivery is explicitly offered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy, available on our website. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened cosmetic and supplement items may not be eligible for return except where defective.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aqar Drug Store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqar Drug Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
