At Aqar Drug Store we stand behind every DeHanso and wellness product we distribute. If something isn't right, here's how to resolve it.
Return Window
You can return unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened skincare or supplement products (health and safety regulation).
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your DeHanso or wellness product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gm@aqardrug.com with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and received, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. Card refunds may take an additional 5–10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
How to Start a Return
Email gm@aqardrug.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with the next steps.
